Order and contract terms

By accepting these terms, you can make purchases on the MyLure website. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms of sale. If you do not agree to these terms of sale, MyLure will not be able to sell you products through the Website and you will not be able to purchase products from our Website.

These Terms of Sale constitute a legally binding agreement between you, either as an individual or a legal entity, and MyLure, which applies to the products you purchase through www.mylure.com (including the domain names that link to this site) and its sub-sites. The terms “MyLure”, “we” and “our” in this context refer to Rock Fishing Finland Oy, which is a Finnish public limited company with Business ID 3150091-3.

MyLure reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these Terms of Sale at any time. Therefore, we recommend that you read these terms carefully each time you visit our website. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale, the terms of use and the privacy statement published on our website at the time of sale.

These delivery terms are valid from July 1, 2021. We may change the delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please read our delivery terms in advance each time you order products from our online store.

1. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT PRICES

The features and prices of e-commerce products are presented in the product details of each product. The price of the products includes VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check the prices from the shopping cart before you accept the order.
We also reserve the right to cancel / cancel the transaction due to pricing errors.

2. DESIGN YOURSELF

You can design the colors for our products yourself with the help of a design software.
Please note that these visualized images are only an approximate preview of the final product. As the products are painted by hand, we reserve the right to make any small alterations.

Please also note that the colors in product images and color charts should only be considered as approximate indications of true color.

Because colors can be represented differently on different displays and display settings, the resulting misleading color is not accepted as a basis for a complaint.

3. ORDERING AND AGREEMENT

You can order products in our online store by transferring them to the shopping cart, confirming the order and paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the payment service.

When ordering from our online store, you are required to read and commit to our current delivery terms. You understand that the order you accept and confirm is binding and creates an agreement between us with these terms of delivery.

Once you have accepted your order and paid for the product, you will no longer be able to change your order in the online store. If you would like to change your order, please email info (at) mylure.com.

4. DELIVERY AND DELIVERY COSTS

MyLure will only ship products ordered from our website to addresses within the European Union and Norway. We do not sell products to customers who use credit or debit cards issued outside the EU (excluding Norway) on our website.

MyLure will deliver the products to the address specified in the order in the European Union or Norway using the carrier of your choice.

The price of transportation is determined on an order-by-order basis.

The delivery costs that may be charged for the order depend on the product itself (eg weight, packaging), the chosen delivery method and the destination country to which the order is delivered.

Please note that you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information you provide to MyLure.

Shipping costs are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You will see the shipping costs charged for your order (if shipping costs are charged) in your shopping cart before you accept the order.

The risk and ownership of the products remain with MyLure until the products have been handed over to the transport company, in which case the responsibility and ownership pass to the shipping company.

Responsibility and ownership pass to you once the products have been shipped to the address specified in your order.

If you believe any part of your order is missing, defective or incorrect, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order.

5. METHOD OF DELIVERY

We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods mentioned in the online store which you chose in connection with your order.

6.DATE OF DELIVERY

We will manufacture and ship the products you ordered as soon as possible. Please note that each MyLure is different and the painting and other finishing work is done by hand. For this reason, delivery times may vary.

The delivery time for e-commerce products to Finland is generally 5–14 days.

Our most common delivery times to other countries are 7-21 days, depending on the order and delivery method.

7.PAYMENT

MyLure uses the Klarna Checkout payment system, which allows you to shop online easily, flexibly and securely.

On our website you can pay with the most common debit and credit cards, online banking, invoices and installments. You can find more detailed information about the different payment methods and their special terms at the checkout of the online store.

If you select an invoice as payment, it will be sent to the email address you provided with your order. An order confirmation will also be sent to this email address after your order has been processed.

By clicking “Confirm Purchase”, you accept as a customer that the purchase involves payment.

In accordance with its own terms and conditions, Klarna will charge a reminder fee and interest for late payment, as well as any collection costs. These therefore do not apply to MyLure, but relate to Klarna’s terms.

MyLure does not charge separate fees for different payment methods.
If you have any questions regarding the payment of orders, please contact Klarna’s customer service.

8. ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when you place your order.

The order confirmation also confirms the payment method used.
If you do not receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided, we have not received your order. In this case, contact info (at) mylure.com

9. RIGHT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT

All of our color recommendations have a 14-day right of return under the Consumer Protection Act.

Products, which customer has self designed, have no right to return.

When returning:

Always contact info (at) mylure.com first within 14 days of receiving your order from us.

Follow the return instructions you received in your email. Please also check your spam as sometimes messages go there.

Pack the products carefully and attach the shipping list or return form you received. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.Carefully pack the products in the package in which they were delivered to you. You can also pack the products in another package, but in such a way that the returned products are not damaged during transport

Return using the same delivery method as when ordering. Return costs are always the responsibility of the person returning the product.

Payment refunds will be processed once your return has arrived and has been registered as returned like new.

If you chose an invoice as your payment method, please use your invoice in the return mode on Klarna’s website so that the return can be posted before the invoice expires. You can access Klarna’s website here.

Please note that the return will not be visible in Klarna until your return has been fully processed in our warehouse or store.

Unredeemed package:

Non-redemption is not the same thing as refund or cancellation. For unclaimed packages, we charge handling and delivery costs.

10. SHIPMENT CHECK, ERROR AND PROBLEMS

Please check delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order or is defective, please notify us as soon as possible, no later than 14 days and we will agree on how we can rectify the defect. In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act on liability for errors.

11. GENERAL

MyLure shall not be liable for any delay or omission resulting from circumstances beyond MyLure’s reasonable control, including force majeure, such as war, riot, fire, industrial action, problems with access to materials or components, explosion, accident, compliance with government request, laws, acts, regulations or actions, or unforeseen circumstances.
